DESCRIPTION
Designed for a young family, this cedar-clad addition with green roof provides a new sunken living room with a walk-out to a flagstone patio in a lush urban forest. The interior of the existing Victorian house was selectively renovated to add generous storage, ample natural light and splashes of colour throughout. The family loved the vintage character of their home, and we highlighted those elements by framing them with clean modern counterpoints.
