A floating upper cabinet wrapped in custom white oak panels hides an integrated range hood

DESCRIPTION
This modest renovation is a complete update of what was an existing, deteriorating triplex in the Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood of East Vancouver. We updated all the interior finishes, while strategically electing to alter existing openings and locations of services only where they would create the most impact. This allowed us to create three comfortable, bright units with durable, quality finishes and fixtures on a tight budget.
